HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CHOIR OR ORCHESTRA?
Simply come to our next regular rehearsal on Wednesday. Orchestra at 6:00 pm and Choir at 7:15 pm. Both held in the worship center. Our staff and members will gladly assist you in finding the materials you need and a good seat in the appropriate section. You may begin playing/singing in the Sunday service after your first rehearsal if you feel comfortable doing so. This is a personal choice and we want you to do what is most comfortable and enjoyable for you. Membership in the choir is open to all who are 16 years old and older. No audition is necessary.
WHAT ARE THE ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS?

Faithful attendance is encouraged and expected at all rehearsals, worship services, and special events. Obviously our goal should be 100%, but there will be circumstances from time to time that will cause you to miss a rehearsal or service. Therefore, 70% ought to be the minimum goal. If you have a special challenge with your schedule, simply share that with our Minister of Music. His heart is to involve as many people as possible at the very best level at which they can serve.

Both Orchestra and Choir Rehearsals are a special time of worship, as well as a time of musical and spiritual preparation. There is an incredible fellowship in this family of faith, and we have a great time each week! WHEN DO WE PLAY/SING? The Orchestra and Celebration Choir play/sing each Sunday morning at 11:00 am. In addition, we have two major events each year: A Living Christmas Tree" This is a full dramatic evangelistic musical production presented the first weekend of December in which our Choir, Orchestra, and Drama Cast join forces to present a glorious presentation of the Gospel. An Easter Festival" This is a full dramatic evangelistic production presented the weekend of Palm Sunday. The narrative is told as seen through the eyes of Joseph of Arimathea and brought to life in drama by the adult choir, children and orchestra. WHAT ABOUT CHILDCARE? Your family is important to us and we are committed to providing quality childcare for your children during ALL rehearsals. Elementary, middle school, and high school children all have activities going at the same time as rehearsals each Wednesday Night. If you have preschool children, simply bring them to the Preschool area 10 minutes prior to rehearsal. on Wednesday night, and they will receive excellent care.
